General Information

THE SYSTEM

As the biltong drying environment is highly corrosive, all the equipment is made of a suitable grade of chemical resistant material. The system comes complete with specially designed biltong drying trolleys. It is modular and can offer the following drying capacity:

1.6 Tons(wet meat) per week –
6 trolley system with estimated room size 7.2 meter x 3 meter x 4 meter high

3.3 Tons(wet meat) per week –
12 trolley system with estimated room size 7.2 meter x 5.1 meter x 4 meter high

5 Tons(wet meat) per week –
18 trolley system with estimated room size 7.2 meter x 7.2 meter x 4 meter high

10 Tons(wet meat) per week –
36 trolley system with estimated room size 14.4 meter x 7.2 meter x 4 meter high

Multi tummel systems also availble on request.

CONTROL

CFW supply the complete electrical control panel and software. We have developed the
software specifically for meat drying applications. Our control panel offers built in temperature and humidity sensors which intelligently switch between the various functions of the drier to ensure that the drying process follows the parameters programmed by the user.

This results in superior quality biltong.

Quote Validity: 30 days

Estimated Ex-works delivery:  12 weeks from order and receiving the deposit payment
